First, let me tell you, it wasn’t an easy decision but that’s what leaders do, make TUFF decisions.  My name is Gilbert Granillo and yes I was a Diamond Pearl with Tahitian Noni.  I left for many reasons but i’m not going to bad mouth TNI because it truly is a great company that provided me with lifechanging experiences.   I mean afterall it was my first experience in network marketing and after 10 months I was able to retire my wife from a $50,000 a year job that she hated.  It provided my family something that most people spend a lifetime chasing, “FREEDOM”. 

I personally felt Tahitian Noni was going in a different direction and didn’t feel they were the vehicle that was going to take me where I wanted to go.  I wanted more than what I had achieved in TNI and I know that I know, I see the opportunity elsewhere.  I know it’s not going to be easy.

You know, it took  alot of courage for Mr. Robert Dean Jr to leave Tahitian Noni, afterall he is the #1 money earner.  Can you imagine walking away from a $1 million dollar a year income?  Is he crazy or what?  I mean, think about this, my position with Tahitian Noni as a diamond makes $10,000-$15,000 a month and I cried when I left and it took me a while to swallow the fact of leaving the very company that gave me so much.

Robert Dean Jr has such a HUGE vision that sometimes he sees things the average person cannot see, hear, or smell.  He has the ability to create a vision and make it come to fruition through people who over came poverty mindset.  He knows that he knows, he has the ability to make the less than average person successful.  Robert Dean Jr has created and organization that most leaders in other companies try to emulate.

Think about this, people are swimming across oceans, squeezing through fences, walking hundreds of  miles in hot desert, piling up in cars, risking their lives to come to America.  Mr Robert Dean Jr has created the same comodity with his team and system.

In closing, please allow me to share with you a few thing before I go.  There’s this thing called timing, it can either be on your side, or against your side.  Unfortunately, time itself is not on your side, you all that have heard of Mr. Robert Dean Jr know what kind of tidal wave he created when he burst on the scene in TNI in 2001. You know what happend to MICROSOFT when Mr. Bill Gates opened the doors to his multi-billion dollar empire.  What about GOOGLE, need I say more?

NOW is the time to be a part of 2001 all over again.  Do I need to say anymore?  This timing is a divine appointment, people the writing is on the wall, on the net, just look around.  Gas prices are high, people are losing their homes, companies are downsizing, people are losing their jobs, and your INCOME is still the same.  People, you must jump in your “FUNNEL OF FREEDOM” but you must take action NOW!  Don’t wait til your boat sinks in the ocean and all the life vests are taken.  The boat is here and ready to pick you up and give you the opportunity to freedom.  It’s up to you to take responsibility and create your destiny by design.

We will either see you in the BOAT or see you at the gates.

There are lots of reasons people fail miserably in business, so what i’m gonna do is break down 3 reasons why and how to stay out of harms way.  First let me start off by telling you this, we see lots of businesses closing down and people losing their houses and its an epidemic because most people have jobs that are not directly in the “firing line” of demand.  

This brings me to reason #1  the INDUSTRY:  If you were to look around here in the U.S. what are some of the hottest demands that seem to be booming?  Health, wellness & anti-aging,  technology & information. 

These are in such high demand people are spending their last dollars on wellness products that are keeping them healthy and technology toys to be a “kid again”.  We as a society are cancelling vacations, staying home because gas is so expensive,  not buying that new car, but we continue to buy or spend money on things that are making us feel better, live longer, have more energy, and getting rid of the aches and pains, and lose weight.  Not to mention being able to text, deliver a message, and being in the know from far far away.

This brings us to the conclusion, we need to position ourselves directly in front of the baby boomers because these are the main people who are demanding these products.  The baby boomers are the people in age 45-63 years old and they control 80% of the spending in the U.S so it makes sense to get in business where most of the money is being circulated.

Reason #2 is TIMING:  We all know that timing is important.  It is so crucial in business that is decides your fate if you last longer than the first 90 days or if you survive 5 years or more.  Can you imagine if Bill Gates would have listened to all those people who told him that his idea of the Internet was not the right time? 

I mean its crazy to imagine this, but its true, I was getting some lunch when I saw a sign on a window next door, the sign said “coming soon, Tyler Record Store”.  I said what the heck?  I saw the owner loading a heavy shelf so I went to help him and he told me “there’s lots of people who still have records and they need records and record players” .  I just wished him luck on his new or should I say “OLD” business venture.  I felt really bad because the market for cd’s,internet downloading, mp3′s are booming!  Why position yourself for failure in an almost non-existent market.  So there, you can see that timing is critical in business and it also determines success and failure. 

So now you can clearly see why people are failing in their businesses and jobs.  Most people are not in position to even keep their head above water and survive.  If you have a business or job in the automobile industry, it’s gonna be tough, nobody’s buying cars.  If you work in the airline industry, travel is down so people have been laid off. 

Manufacturing plants are shutting down and moving over seas to get cheap labor, another loss of job or business.  So you can clearly see if you lose your job or go out of business, you lose your house, then you lose your car, if you don’t lose your car you will stay home and not drive it because gas prices are high!

You see that ?  It’s crippling our society,  Let this be a huge wake up call!  There ‘s  still hope,  Go online and look up Paul Zane Pilzer and look for the book “THE NEXT TRILLION” which talks about an industry that is thriving right now as we speak.  This is the next trillion dollar industry!

Wel now this brings us to reason #3  SYSTEM:  This is the most critical part of all because this is where your business can run on auto pilot.  We must have a system in place because in most cases, this does the hard part, or should I say the most time consuming part.

In network marketing if you don’t have a system in place you’re in BIG trouble.  Why, because the person who has the system is basicaly creating income on auto-pilot and that’s attractive.   S.Y.S.T.E.M. ::::

Save, Your, Self, Time, Energy, & Money

If you don’t have an Internet Marketing Online System, then YOU WILL LOSE YOUR DOWNLINE to someone who does.  I hate to say it but it’s true.  Marketing Online will improve your efficiency and do the hard work for you so get with the program.
